Our friendly delivery driver will have your order to you quick or you can pick up your order at our new innovative storefront lounge! Local delivery time is 30-60 minutes. Domestic delivery 2 days. International delivery 3-5 days.

What Is PiecePro Xpress?

PiecePro Xpress is a global smoke shop and delivery service. We make it possible for customers to browse products from distributors and manufacturers throughout the world with an easy to use, informative, online catalog. Locals can have their online order at their door within 30-60 minutes or pick it up at your local USPS. We also offer Xpress Global Delivery! You can order from distributors located in other cities, states, and countries if you are okay with waiting 2-4 days for delivery. You must be at least 21 years old to purchase our products.

 

When Is PiecePro Xpress Local Pickup And Delivery Available?

We are open Monday through Sunday: 8am-10pm. However, delivery services are only available between 10am-10pm.

 

How Much Does It Cost?

Local orders can either be picked up at no cost, or delivered for a small fee of $5. Domestic orders ship for only $3 if you choose our popular Xpress 2 Day Delivery option. We also offer other low cost expedited rates from USPS. If a customer orders from a distributor located in a city that they do not live in, we will ship the order to the customer. All customers must be 21 years old or older to order our products. We often have Deals and promotions where customers can get free delivery throughout the U.S.A.

   

Where Is PiecePro Xpress Available?

We offer local, national, and international delivery. Currently, our local delivery services are only offered in Las Vegas, Henderson, and Boulder City, Nevada. However, we provide 2 day shipping to any customer located in the United States and 3-5 day international shipping to customers abroad. Our growing company is constantly adding new distributors, glass artists, products, and cities to order from. Check back often to see what's new, we really appreciate your support! 

 

Can I Order From A Distributor In Another City?

Yes. You can order from any distributor (product supplier) on our website or app, even if you do not reside in that city. If you choose to order from a distributor that's not located in your city, the order will be shipped via USPS and will arrive within 1-3 days. If you are ordering from a foreign city, it will take about 3-5 days for it to arrive.

 

Can I Pick Up My Order?

Yes. If you live in Las Vegas, Henderson, or Boulder City you can pick up your order instead of receiving delivery. At checkout simply choose Xpress Local Pick Up. After submitting your order wait for a representative to send the order fulfillment email, which will contain delivery details. You must provide the order number and show ID for age verification upon pick up. Our delivery driver will meet you at your local USPS for a convenient order pick up. The USPS location will be listed in your order fulfillment email.

 

 What Types Of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal. To check out using your debit/credit card or PayPal account, simply choose the PayPal option at checkout. They process all payments with the most secure software available. You do not need a PayPal account to checkout, it is optional. We also now accept Bitcoin using BitPay!

 

How Do I Use PiecePro Xpress?

1. Use the website or download the PiecePro App (coming soon).

2. Choose between Global Products, In Store Products Or Search The Globe.

3. Browse our large collection of great products from around the world. Find a favorite smoke piece or accessory.

4. Add to cart.

5. Checkout. Your order will be ready soon!

 

Do I Need To Tip The Delivery Driver?

No you do not have to. You are welcome to tip the driver if you want, but it is not required and our drivers do not expect one from you.

 

Do I Have To Be At Home To Receive My Order?

No you do not. As long as you are at a valid address our drivers can deliver your order. If you are at an apartment, hotel, or office building, please be sure to include the apartment or suite number at checkout. If ordering from a hotel you will have to meet the driver in the lobby due to hotel policy. If you will not be available for the standard 1 hour delivery time frame, you can request a specific delivery time by adding that information to the order notes. There you can also provide additional information for the driver if needed. You can choose to pick up your order from our storefront location if local. Other customers can request pick up from a courier facility such as USPS or UPS by adding that information to the order notes and choosing the courier at checkout.

 

What If My Order Is Damaged?

Damaged packages are very rare for us. Upon delivery or pick up, check all items ordered to ensure the order is correct and there is no damage. You can rate the delivery and provide feedback after your order has arrived by going to the Feedback page. If you notice anything is damaged please note that in the feedback or Contact Us and our driver will return shortly with a replacement, or ship it to you if not local. If you do not provide this information in the feedback and rating, or if you do not contact us within 24 hours of delivery, we will assume the order arrived undamaged and you will no longer be eligible for a replacement. Can I Get A Refund?

All sales are final unless the item(s) ordered arrived damaged or incorrect. In that case, the customer can use the information provided above to get a replacement. Please see our policies page at the bottom to learn more about refunds and returns.

 

Is The Delivery Discreet?

Yes. Every order is delivered discreetly. Driver vehicles and order packaging do not reference our company or any products.
